There are a few institutions that come to mind when you think of Fleetville. The auction house, Mrs. A’s, Seamans’ Airport, and Jim’s Auto Center. In the late 1960s Jim graduated from tech school and opened up shop in what was a barn on his parents’ property. His modest car repair shop served two purposes: to maintain his growing school bus fleet and to repair neighbors’ cars.
